Is there a way to mock test email accounts for gmail oauth to be used on automated registration flow testing?

I'm trying to setup automated tests for our registration flow. The challenge is that we use gmail authentication and it is not efficient to create a new gmail account every time when running the test. Is there a recommended way to go about this? Some kind of mocking the service or getting some test tokens?
