How to use sql scripts to create the data in the setup of the test?

When creating integration tests, how to use sql scripts to create the test data as i have to avoid using objects under test to create test data i.e. if testing module A dont use module A to create test data for any test. Please show me a code demo for creating test data using sql at setup and at the end clean up the test data.
