Testing Unity build VR project on other computers

I have developed an application that I wish to deploy to other computers for beta testing purposes. I'm using the SteamVR environment with MRTK. However, when I copy the "Build" directory, the software does not work on the target machine.

Is there any way to test on other computers without reinstalling all Unity, assets etc... or without putting the software on the Steam store? An "installer" deploy would be great.
