How to rapidly test a commercial API which require to give a public IP address?

I'm planning to buy a commercial API and they asked me to give them a public IP address. They send the data through POST method. What's the easiest way to test the feeds knowing that I don't have a hosted domain name and didn't implement anything yet ? thank you
