Chromedriver - how to simulate offline condition

I have to automate feature for which i need to disable network connection for specific time. I cant find option for that in chromedriver. Does anyone have idea how to simulate offline condition for chrome browser? I was thinking maybe disabling connection for win will do the job, if it is not possible for Chrome itself. Thanks.
