How to clear task cache?

I've migrated my project from .NET Core 3.0 to .NET Core 3.1, and all my tests explode because they are conflicting with my previous ones in Task Explorer. How can I clear the task cache? They are not even valid/grayed out, but just throw exceptions forcing me to revert back to .NET Core 3.0...

As you can see above it's still looking for netcoreapp3.0 when in reality everything is 3.1. This is so stupid, it's driving me nuts.
