Ctrl and Left-Click ,Highlighted item in spying mode is not working in blue prism in win 32 mode

In blue prism , when i need to spy an element ,after clicking the identify button,when i click Ctrl and Left-Click for Highlighting the item in the win 32 mode, the item is not getting highlighted and it is not showing anything on the application manager.The other modes such as UI mode is working whereas Accessibility Mode and Region Mode ,win 32 mode are not working , but when i click Ctrl and right click the mode is getting closed(which is working).Can someone help !!!
