I need to create an automatic testing system for apps via CI/CD pipeline

I need to create an automatic testing system for apps via CI/CD pipeline (I was thinking about Semaphore or AWS or similar DEVOPS tools) that implements static analysis techniques and/or random testing. Unfortunately I am a beginner and on I found a lot of material on the web but I don't know where to start. Can anyone show me a way to learn how to take the first steps on this topic?
