Schema root directory is not found/Expect validation schema tests failures error

I am working on some integration tests in Scala and whenever I try to run said tests I receive the following error:

 WARN  Schema root directory is not found
 ERROR Selected directory do not exists. Expect validation schema test failures.

Now initially when I first ran the tests I did not encounter this problem, only after multiple runs. I did check that the paths are correct and I see no problems in the config file.

I also tried sbt clean / reload/ compile in the hopes that it would fix itself, but to no avail.

Any kind of help is much appreciated.
