What is the optimal workflow in developing Websites in terms of javascript? (ie. JSUnit testing) [closed]

Does anyone have an efficient process of developing front-end javascript code? It’s painful to modify JS, Refresh Web Page, Test JS functionality. I’m familiar with JSUnit but it doesn’t solve my problem since I need my HTML structured in a certain way in order to use it by jQuery.
