Stryker mutator unable to locate package react-scripts error

I am new to stryker mutator trying to use the same in a project which has been set up with webpack. I am getting the error: Could not inject "optionsFactory". Inner error: Unable to locate package react-scripts. This package is required when projectType is set to "react"
