How can i automate testing contact forms periodcally?

I have a WordPress site which has a contact page. The contact page has a contact form, build with the WPForms plug-in. I lately had the issue that my didn't contanct form stopped working and it went completly under my radar. It noticed after 3 months.

Is there a way to automate testing contact forms periodcally, for example every month?
