Why is the Visual Studio 2019 Test Explorer not discovering my UnitTest project tests

1) Create Unit test project in VS 2019 2) Added spec flow extension 3) created feature file and implementation for feature file. 4) build solution 5) Test Explorer

i couldn't find tests are discovered.
