How can i achieve something similar to browser stack or sauce labs my android device?

I want to achieve an environment something similar to what saucelabs or browserstack does . For example as a tester i want to achieve an environment where suppose my android device will be connected to an server or a unix machine via usb , and i should be able to access & control the screen of the device and all the adb features plus i should be able to run my automation test cases .

I should be able to install my applications via adb etc etc.

I know this is possible via adb port forwarding but i want to achieve this on a browser too .

Also if the same is possible for iOS devices too ?

Please help.
