Tests not running in Visual Studio 2019 C#

I am trying to get my tests running but when I click "Run all" the tests don't run properly.

The console says: ========== Build: 2 succeeded, 0 failed, 0 up-to-date, 0 skipped ==========

Does anyone know why they do not run?
