could someone help me with this logic?

I would like an app like this

I need help in the logical part to make that through my app I can invoke another application .. in the photo there is an example. I can graphically do it with TextView, EditText.

I have some ideas but I don't know how to program them, whatever the EditText captures me, store them in some variables and through attempts to run the application I want to open.

I am a newbie but with a great desire to learn and investigate. Thanks for all the collaboration you can give me.
