File doesn't exist OR Jenkins doesn't have permission for this file when try to use Test Selector plugin in Jenkins

I try to use Test Selector plugin in Jenkins, because I want to run only that test suite what I will choose. But when I try to "Build with parameters", I have this error. There is my properties file for Test Selector:
