Is ASP.NET Web Application Testing a must ? -From Employers Perspective-

I'm not talking about black-box testing and manual cross-browser tests. I'm talking about functional testing, unit testing, etc.

And if it's a critical skill which type of testing should I learn to develop quality apps and land a good job ?
