How to test server configuration from different contries

I have configured my nginx load balancer to use geoIP. This enables nginx to use a clients geographical position as a parameter in load balancing (a request from USA should be responded by a server located in USA etc).

This approach helps reduce response time.

Question: What is the best way to test the setup? I'm located in Europe. I've tried using Hola!, without success.
