am tried eclipse IDE to run protractor tests but that was not successful and by a suggestion i decided to use visual code as editor.. but am confused about how to create conf and spec files in the editor or in the root folder ,please clarify my doubts and tell me how to start as a beginner .am confused about creating launch.json file.. please help me to solve this issue..
