Press right click, press CTRL-J and check element in selenium php-webdriver library

I have some questions in selenium php-webdriver library and I would be very glad if you could help me:

1. How to press right click on an element?

2. How to press CTRL + J in browser (in Chrome I mean), to open the Downloads page, then return back on where I started. Exactly I want to see if a file was downloaded.

3. How do I check if there is an element in the web page, and the element does not exist, not to give error. Now I'm looking for an element and if I do not find receive an error and the whole process is terminated.
