Statistical test to show one group fall between other two

I have three ordered groups (say one, two and three). Each group has 10 values. I want to test values of two fall between one and three. Is there a test capable of doing this? I look at Cuzick, Jonckheere, Page trend test but their alternative is not what I am looking for.
