Best tool to test UI Automatically

I am looking for test ui tool. My objective is

1- record some steps in specific url address. like clicking on buttons and fill inputs (with fixed values)

2- schedule to run the recorded steps.

• I don't need captcha or any specific intelligence, just simple steps and fixed values for inputs. record and run by schedule.
• I don't want to code for testing just use tool.

Does anyone know any tools? even if it's not free?
