Facebook Test Account to integrate with

I am a Tester looking for a Facebook test account that contains Ad Campaign data, so that I can integrate with it and make API calls to retrieve that data and test our software's integration with it.

Does Facebook provide anything like this? What has everyone used to test ad campaign API routes that Facebook provides, without having to use a real live account.

I aware of these Facebook dummy accounts that we can create, but I am not able to integrate with it or allow real users to be part of the a page group created with them.

Just looking for some ideas on what people have been doing to do this.
