How do I fix issue where Script-Testing for Java in python won't find main Class?

For my Computer Science class, I have to use the command prompt on a windows computer to test my labs with a script the professor gives us written in python. I am not responsible for his script I should just be able to put in a couple of commands and it tests it. The problem is every time I try it there is a can't find main class. A classmate mentioned it may be a package declaration issue with Eclipse as that is the IDE I use any suggestions?
