Android: Don't have Slow test card options

I'm developing android application with subscriptions and want to test Pending purchase case.

I don't have the following test options for that:

• Slow test card, approves after a few minutes
• Slow test card, declines after a few minutes

I have only these two options:

• Test card, always approves
• Test card, always declines

Google billing library is 3.0.0 version

I've tried to google it but haven't found anything. What I should do to have Slow test card options?
