Can we change browser culture by using Telerik automated script?

I am trying creating a Telerik automated script to change culture browser to service my purpose. And, I need to be able to set my browser (IE) culture programmatically, e.g. to 'en', 'en-GB', 'en-US', etc.

Is there a Test Studio function that does this?

If not, could somebody point me in the right direction to accomplish this using a VB code behind window?
