Can I submit a research paper on Scaled Agile Framework(SAFe)

Just wanted to check if I can submit a research paper on Scaled Agile Framework(SAFe). Reason I am asking is because its a registered trademark of SAFe organization. I am submitting my research paper on how to do effecting testing in SAFe so is that all legal and wont pose any implications.
