In Diffkit, how to compare two columns which has different column names and at different position

Am using diffkit, to compare two different databases. It works perfect when the column names are same. But when the column name differs, it doesn't work.

I'm using plan files test18.plan.xml, test18.dbsetup.xml, test18.lhs.dbConnectionInfo.xml, test18.rhs.dbConnectionInfo.xml as i have two different databases.
