Unit test doesnt let me use a namespace after I've referenced it

I have two seperate classes wich I created UnitTests for both, on the first one I need to test a function that requires me to use the other library function as well. I referenced that class and when I'm trying to use it's namespace, it doesnt even appear. What am I missing?
