Getting Connection Refused in every request of jmeter.Even (i have put www.google.com) This request worked with another system

I am getting Connection refused error in each request of jmeter,its working fine with another system(Laptop),but not working with my system, i did not put any Load and i just tried www.google.com with one user, every request taking too much time to get response and final getting Error: Connection refused I have disable firewall as well but getting same error. I am not new for jmeter or performance testing, I completed many projects and this error only getting at my home laptop.
