How to test MDM server in development stage

I participate in a project which uses a makeshift MDM-server rewritten from http://ift.tt/SUKWEW. As a part of testing I wish I could try it with some client-substitution script inside a real iPhone. However I failed to find such at once (probably googling with unsuitable keywords).

Could you please suggest, is there any ready application, console or browser script which could be used as client to MDM-server in testing? Or should I try to write it myself? Or this is altogether senseless due to some circumstances I do not well understand?
