How to select elements of an dynamically constructed html page?

There is an html page with many levels of nested framesets, frames/iframes and htmls. The page is dynamically created using doc.write() (ex. a) docWrite('<frameset name="frameset0" rows="...>) b)docWrite('<frame id="frame0"...>).
Please guide me in selecting elements in such framesets and frames using selenium.
