AfterRun Hook not triggering Specflow and Nunit

I am new to specflow and trying to learn about HOOKS

I am using Visual Studio to code and i have referenced following packages in my project Packages

I want to know why [AfterTestRun] and [BeforeTestRun] hooks are not triggering ?
