Are there any Automation Tools for Testing Application Migrating To Cloud

Interested to know what would be the testing strategy for testing an application getting migrated to Cloud.
Also, other than having the End to End(E2E) automation test suite, are there any other automation tools which can be used to reduce the manual efforts in verifying the other aspects or functionalities which cannot be covered as part of the E2E test.
