How can I turn on console output in Xcode 8 for testing an App on device running iOS 10?

I am trying to get console output while testing my app. I am runnning Xcode 8, and the connected device is an iPhone 7 running 10.0.3. The app is built using Unity and deployed using Hockey App.

Is this a Unity Issue? An Xcode issue? Or a build issue?
