How to make Appstore sandbox account un-purchase a IAP product?

I am testing my IAP feature, but it seems my test account can only be used once to test initial purchase experience. After making a purchase, the state of this product will always be 'purchased', and the state change (restored) is different.

How can I reset the test account to a clean slate, with no purchased items?
