Is there any public API to practice automated API testing?

I'm trying to improve my automated testing skill. This is time for API testing.

I was trying to find something. I found only OpenWeatherMap. It would be nice, but it has restrictions to 1 request per 10 minutes. It's not enough for me.

I want to ask you, if you know any public API to practice automated API testing? Or, maybe some other way to practice it?

I also tried to find such question on stackoverflow and I didn't found.
