What does Agile Testing in your team involve

I'd like to find out what Agile Testing involves in other teams. The way we work currently is for each user story we have a test strategy; this will detail our test scenarios as well as well as which test cases we will write. From this we write test cases with test steps based on the business requirements and acceptance criteria of the user story, do exploratory testing and automate business critical functionality. I'd like to streamline our testing process so am interested to hear how other teams do their agile testing and what tools are used.
