I'm currently working in an automation project as team leader, we are formed of 10 people. Most of us don't have experience in Automation projects, thus, as a leader, I would like to know the working process which you are using to organize your team, and from that, I can make a process clearly for my team.
I'm tending to device our team into 5 small teams of 2 people, each other will review codes, internally, then submit to the Perfoce server. Final reviewer will be me after submitting codes to higher level manager.
Do you have any better method?
