Zephyr , Xray or TestRail

We are building a new QA team in our company. We are contemplating to use one of the test management tool between Zephyr, Xray or TestRail. We will be proceeding with the manual testing first, and once our team get some experience and bit mature, then we would be proceeding with the Automation testing. I see Xray to be recently launched and most number of download in short time and Zephyr is old. Also I see Xray is good for automation whereas Zephyr is good manual testing. Same goes for TestRail. I would like to take suggestion on the tools to select to use and their prons and cons
