Is it possible to use the real Java libraries rather than stubs in Eclipse Refactoring tests?

Refactoring tests in Eclipse make use of stub jar file libraries (see org.eclipse.jdt.ui.tests.refactoring.RefactoringTestSetup and org.eclipse.jdt.testplugin.JavaProjectHelper). However, I need to use the same libraries that would exist in a manually created Java project rather than these stubs. Is it possible?
