What does that Java syntax mean? [duplicate]

I like JMockit very much. The only problem, but very important for me is that I do not understand the syntax it uses.

Let's take:

new Expectations() ;

For me it seems a little bit as double in list or maps initiation. But it is something absolutely different and I do not understand how is it understood by Java?
