How to verify the reset pwd link received in Email by using protractor?

Hi I am new to protractor can it be test, when I click on the Forget password and I enter the Valid Email Address (Test@gmail.com) in the Text box and Click on the Submit , then by login to the Email Address(Test@gmail.com can So can I verify the Mail on the Test@gmail.com by using Protractor.
