Can we pass multiple Query string parameters of same name but different values to a URL based load test?

How can i configure a load test such that I can pass multiple values to the parameter of same name.

In other words, I want to perform a URL based load test for 5 users such that I want to pass 5 values to the same parameter as shown in the image.
