We just did a "sandbox" migration of our on-site TFS 2018 server to an Azure sandbox. My user has test manager added in, and I can create a new test case.
However, my existing test suites and cases do not appear in the migration-created test plans. The test cases are there when I query them, but are missing from the test plans.
Also, there is no drop down on the test plan to enable creation of test suites.
Is this is a bad migration, or is there something peculiar to Azure that I'm missing?
