in-app product has been marked to be activated when the application is published

My app is in the draft, I have uploaded my app in Alpha and after that created subscriptions successfully but got following warning:

in-app product has been marked to be activated when the application is published.

Do I need to publish the Alpha version for testing my in-app's?
