how do i validate/test my prototype trained with YOLO?

So I made a finger writing character prototype using kinect trained with YOLO. The prototype is created with python and it recognize the characters you drew infront of the kinect.

Next thing I need to do in my research is to get the accuracy of the hand detection and the accuracy of the finger written characters. What do I need to do to have graphs and tables of the accuracy for my research?
