Learn Selenium and Capybara for beginners with no programming knowledge

I have been a manual tested for a couple of years and now new to automation, and have no understanding of any programming.

I am currently learning to write tests using capybara with selenium for a web application that is built with ruby, but I get lost and confused so easily, as there are many sources online which I don't know which one to use as a reference for my learning.

Can anyone please suggest any online books or sites I can refer to, which will help me to get extensive knowledge of Ruby, Capybara, Selenium and/or Cucumber. Many Thanks.
