Looking for an App testing service company to test our Android/iOS App while connected to our BLE device [closed]

I see there are several cloud-based App testing services out there:

• AWS Device Farm,
• Firebase Test Lab,
• Kobiton,
• Perfecto,
• Sauce Labs,

to name a few.

But I don't see any mention of providing my own device hardware to test against. My app is pretty much useless without a BLE connection to my device.

Several of our customers are reporting that they are disconnected from our ESP32-based device after about 5s of inactivity. They are able to discover and connect to our device using our App and are able to send commands to our device immediately after connection. But if they don't send any commands for 5s then the connection is somehow broken.

The users with issues are all using very recent versions of Android and iOS. Unfortunately we don't own these expensive devices for testing.

Not working: (Bluetooth drops after 5 seconds)

• iPhone XR, iOS 13.4.1
• iPhone 8, iOS 13.4.1
• Samsung Note 10+, Android 10.?
• Samsung S20 Ultra, Android 10.?

We have tested many other models and version which work fine. Also most of our customers are not complaining --yet.

Does anyone know of a service that would test with my BLE device on a bunch of recent phones?
